TUITION AND FEE SCHEDULE
A Tuition and Fee Schedule will be provided to each enrolled family. This Tuition and Fee Schedule is subject to change at any time without notice ~~ usually in September of each year.
Tuition is due and payable each Monday for that week’s care. Fees remain unchanged for holidays, days your child does not attend the center when they are scheduled (sickness, etc.), snow days or other emergencies.
Upon acceptance at Once Upon a Time, the following non-refundable fees are required: a registration fee of $45/individual and $60/family, a supply fee of $30/individual and $50/family; and, the first week’s tuition (for all children enrolled). Tuition is due each Monday morning for that week of care.
An Annual Supply Fee of $30/individual and $50/family will be assessed on September 1st each year. This fee will be applied toward the yearly costs of basic supplies for the classroom and facility.
Additional fees may be charged for special activities and field trips. Parents will be notified in advance of up-coming events and the costs. Special activities and field trips are not mandatory and parents will need to sign their children up and in some cases will need to sign a field trip form. There may also be extra programming choices (gymnastics, music, etc.) for which a fee may be charged and paid directly to the vendor of that service.
In the rare event that a refund may be due, please provide a written request to the Center Director. If deemed appropriate, a check will be written directly to you for the amount.
